Certified teacher of mindfulness courses (MBSR)

Šárka Kašparová

Mindfulness for me has always basically meant a feeling of safety and the experience that everything is fine as it is right now. And with this feeling, my journey to learn mindfulness began.

I completed a series of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Interpersonal Mindfulness Program (IMP – focused on communication) courses with Czech and foreign lecturers, which enabled me to gain in-depth knowledge of mindfulness practice. I completed the MBSR teachers training in Germany under the guidance of an international team of lecturers, the entire training was conducted in English. In addition, I regularly visit the Bodhi Zendo Zen Center in India, where I engage in intensive Zen practice and work on the kōans. Every year I also treat myself to a week-long retreat in the dark, which allows me to deepen my connection to my inner self and personal growth. I am currently teaching MBSR courses and other mindfulness techniques at Seznam.cz, where I am dedicated to both individual teaching and group courses for corporate clients.
